Beth joined the Health and Kinesiology (HLKN) faculty at Texas A&M University as a lecturer twenty-one years ago. Currently, she serves as an Instructional Associate Professor and teaches health, fitness, and activity courses. Her experience in curriculum development includes the creation of a writing intensive course and two, high enrollment, life and physical sciences courses for HLKN. Previously, she served as the course coordinator for KINE 198 Writing Intensive and mentored the teaching of instructional faculty within this area.
