Kathleen Downing, MLIS is the Digital Library Coordinator at the Network of the National Library of Medicine's National Public Health Coordination Office which is located at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She coordinates the technical infrastructure of the digital library, supports end users and assists in the collection development activities of the library. Prior to working for the NNLM, Kathy worked in the high-tech industry.
Kathleen earned her graduate degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Rhode Island and her BA in History and Asian Studies from the University of Massachusetts
