Tracy C. Shields, MSIS, AHIP, is the Reference Medical Librarian at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia. Her duties include extensive literature searching, systematic reviews, patron and GME instruction, clinical and research support, copyright and publishing support, collection development, and other library services. She also participates on IRB and IACUC as a nonscientist member. Tracy has written four book chapters and has coauthorship on multiple articles, abstracts, and presentations.
