Alison Mortensen-Hayes is the Interlibrary Loan Supervisor at the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library, University of Utah. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at University of Utah, and ponders the similarities of digging for fossils vs. digging for hard-to-find resources. She has been published in JMLA in 2021 and led the library’s ILL department into OCLC’s Express Group status. Alison has served as Co-Chair of the Eccles Library Sustainability Committee since May 2021, and is passionate about sustainable & equitable futures for all.
