I joined the team at the Ruth Lilly Medical Library as a Research Metrics Librarian in November 2019, where I investigate and provide researcher support for analysis, use, and emerging applications of scholarly research impact metrics. The biggest motivation in my job is connecting researchers with the information that they need.
