Cecelia Vetter, MLIS, AHIP, is a Liaison Librarian at the Ruth Lilly Medical Library at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM). She teaches critical appraisal to undergrauate medical students on both the Indianapolis and Bloomington IUSM campuses.
