Roslyn Grandy, MLIS, MS, is the Pharmacy Librarian at the University of Connecticut. She has applied for hundreds and interviewed for dozens of Library and Information Science (LIS) jobs throughout her career and is passionate about creating a positive hiring and onboarding experience for both job candidates and employers. Her research interests include academic publishing, bibliometrics, hiring in LIS, and library anxiety.
