Once resolved, Erin trained others and updated documentation to ensure future success. 🌟 Lisa was nominated twice! First for ensuring a pivotal group of new sales and reinstatements were handled quickly. The second, for providing detailed information to help address an insured's complex billing questions. 🌟 Chris was nominated for providing WOW! interactions with clients to promote risk management activities and reduce Claims. One example was presenting on fire prevention related to power washing equipment indoors, resulting in positive actions taken by our client. #CustomerServiceExcellence #EmployeeRecognition
