MN Erosion Control Association (MECA)

Each year since 1988, the volunteer board of directors from the Minnesota Erosion Control Association (MECA) collect feedback from members and then work diligently to offer engaging educational opportunities for those in the erosion control and stormwater management fields. We rely on knowledgeable experts like Noah Czech who are willing to share their experiences and lessons learned for the benefit of our natural resources. Noah Czech has been the City of St. Cloud’s Stormwater Compliance Specialist for 17 years. He oversees implementation of the City’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program and surface water management plan. Noah has worked on implementing numerous water quality improvement projects and we look forward to hearing from him at the St. Cloud Stormwater Practices Tour + MS4 Implementation event on Wednesday, May 22! MECA held another successful annual conference planning meeting on April 17 - 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱!
