OVERSEAS EDUCATION EXPO
OH! Study will be hosting the Fall 2024 Overseas Education Expo from October 5th to the 8th in Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung. The Taiwan market has bounced back after the pandemic, and the OH! Study Center is recruiting students higher in numbers compared to even pre-pandemic results. The fall event will be very strong for degree recruiting, particularly for post-graduate programs. In addition, the fall event tends to attract “more serious” student for undergraduate and college program. Language program recruiting will be strong for long-term enrollments and academic/business upgrading programs. High schools with boarding programs and specialized or accelerated teaching/extracurricular programs will do well.

Booth Info A standard booth is 3M X 1.5M with back walls in Taipei and 2.5M X 1.5M without back wall in Taichung and Kaohsiung. Booths are equipped with 4 chairs and a table. Electrical outlets can be provided for free but MUST be ordered prior to the fair. Approximately US$150,000.
Media choices
All major social media platforms, Google keyword and ad network promotions, bus panel and bus stop ads, streetlamp flags, brochure/poster distribution, radio station ad campaign, and extensive local campus promotions.
A special, intensive public relations campaign on local campuses to promote expo participants specialized programs, starting in August 2024. You will be included in the promotions as soon as we receive your registration and payment.

Sign up students at the fair
The Expo has a special promotion that encourages students to sign up at the fair -- several hundred students usually sign up! All participating schools can join this promotion by offering some sort of an incentive to encourage students to sign up. Your special offer will be listed on the Expo official website and in the Expo brochure.
Year-round student recruiting
Participants in the Expo will be fully integrated into the Oh! Study year-round student recruiting activities. Participants are priority schools for receiving students from our center!!
Catalogue
All Expo participants will be provided with a one-page colour profile in the Oh! Study seasonal sales catalogue -- free of charge!
Website
All participants will have a multiple-page profile with their school picture and logo on the Oh! Study website, which is the most popular overseas study website in Taiwan.
Brochure
An attractive full-color event brochure for the Expo with your school description will be distributed to all attendees at the exhibition sites free of charge. Schools can purchase half- and full-page ads in this brochure. There will be 10,000 copies of the brochure printed.
Additional Services
Translators/ Assistant
All booths are provided with a translator/ assistant for the five-day event. The cost of the translator is included in the fair registration fee.
Accommodation
Please see room rates and more details on our registation system. Business and mid-range hotels are available in Taipei. Hotel costs are not included in the registration fee.
Local Transportation
Your registration includes one group high speed rail ticket from Taipei to Kaohsiung (tickets can be purchased for additional delegates) and ground transportation to Taichung, and Taipei.

Fair Brochure Ads
Half- and full-page ads can be placed in the fair brochure for US$950 and US$1,500 respectively.
Seminar Time
50-minute seminar time slots during the exhibition can be reserved in Taipei for US$650.
Corner Booth Rental (Taipei)
Participants can rent standard booths and reserve a space at the corner of an aisle for an additional US$500, Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.

The Organizers
The OH! Study group was first established in 1995 and has quickly grown to be the largest student recruiting center in Taiwan. Prior to 1995, the center's President and CEO, Mr. Brian Hockertz, worked for the Canadian government to set up and operate the Canadian Education Center in Taiwan. OH! Study's Canadian recruiting division was established in 1995 and the American division in 2003. The OH! Study Center began promoting programs in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and other parts of Europe in 2009. The OH! Study Center has four offices in Taiwan (Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung and Hsinchu). The OH! Study Center sends 2000 students a year overseas to pursue their studies.
The OH! Study Centers have over 40 trained professional staff members offering schools and students a full range of services. We offer students professional counseling to assist them with their future study plans and school selection. Once schools are selected, we assist with school, housing and visa applications. Further assistance is provided to arrange airport pickup, pre-departure training classes, purchasing insurance and foreign currency, as well as comprehensive post-landing services. Services to schools include student recruitment, marketing assistance, student case processing, student-school communication and problem solving throughout the student's term of study.
Oh! Study also organizes large-scale promotions to promote studying abroad to Taiwan students. We organize Taiwan's largest overseas education fair, the Overseas Education Expos, twice a year in the fall and the spring. The Oh! Study Centers also publish multiple catalogues and education guides annually and maintain extensive web pages to promote international study abroad opportunities.
