Co-founder

Dan is a Speech Language Pathologist and serial entrepreneur that has built, merged, acquired, and sold companies over his career. Over the last 20 years he has been building ICAN, a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of children and families affected by autism and other developmental challenges. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and a masters from Southern Illinois University.

Chris is a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Accolade where he is responsible for building, leading, and managing multiple engineering teams. He was also the Principal Lead Software Engineer at Concur, and has over 18 years of Software Development experience. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.

Nicole is the COO for International Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment (ICAN). She has held her Occupational Therapy license for over a decade. Before working for ICAN Nicole worked in a number of settings as an Occupational Therapist including hospital, NICU, school district, in home, and early intervention.
