Kyle Plush Answer The Call Foundation
Cincinnati, Ohio
The Kyle Plush Answer The Call Foundation was co-founded by Jill and Ron Plush, Kyle's parents, in honor of their son, Kyle Plush, who died in a tragic accident on April 10, 2018 to share the importance of "Answering The Call To Be Your Best Self Every Day" while answering the difficult calls. Jill and Ron share the facts of what happened on April 10 including Kyle's two 911 calls for help using the voice activated SIRI function on his iPhone along with inspirational stories of telecommunicators Being Their Best Selves and Saving Lives. The KPATC Foundation has previously presented at the 2019 IN911 Director's Summit, 2019 NASNA Conference, 2020 RapidSOS webinar, and 2020 TENA Virtual, 2021 NENA and APCO conferences, 2022 Be The Difference Conference and many 911 agencies. Since the KPATC Foundation was founded in August 2018, their volunteers have visited over 150 communication centers across the country to share appreciation, and honor 911 professionals with a special KPATC Challenge Coin to thank them for 'Answering The Call To Be Their Best Self'.
