This session will provide tools and tips to telecommunicators to help them make healthier choices that are quick and easy to implement into their everyday activities. Attendees will receive information on why activity is important to both their physical and mental health. We will also be providing attendees with simple exercises that can be performed in limited space and often within their chair right at their work consoles.
This session will help participants make healthier snack choices at least once a week and provide them with information on nutrition labels so they can make well informed decisions.
This session will help participants understand the benefits of being more active and will provide them with ways to be more active at least 3-5 days per week.
This session will provide live examples of how to perform chair yoga and will explain the benefits of adding this type of activity to your daily routine and how to fit it in while at work.
