The move toward a digital hiring platform is critical to the future of the police department. The Salesforce Recruitment & Hiring program focuses on addressing the current workforce crisis of a declining number of applicants that are affecting agencies of all sizes and types†large, medium, and small; local, state, and federal. The recruitment feature of the R&H program for public safety market entry is focused on moving away from traditional recruitments efforts such as job fairs and print marketing, and more to a scalable and targeted digital platform. The hiring feature of the R&H program is a faster, more efficient application and hiring process that maintains a "highâ€touch" approach, in which recruiters remain in contact with the applicant throughout the process.
