With nearly two decades of experience negotiating and implementing market access deals, Billy provides important insights on payer adoption and implementation of biosimilars in pharmacy and medical benefits. Billy received his PharmD, MBA and bachelor's degree from Samford University and completed his post-doctoral managed care residency at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.
