Kim Boyd, Senior Consultant and Regulatory Resource Center (RRC) Lead, is the Interoperability Outlook Co-Editor. Kim is a Senior Consultant with 25+ years’ experience in healthcare. She specializes in health care policy, market intelligence, strategic planning, interoperability, HIT and standards. Kim has developed and executed on Federal and state healthcare policy, legislative and regulatory advocacy, stakeholder and industry engagement, and standards engagement across several healthcare priorities. As RRC Lead, Kim works closely with Point-of-Care Partner’s regulatory team to develop innovative regulatory solutions and educate stakeholders about the evolving regulatory landscape and the availability of new solutions.
Kim is also on the NCPDP Board of Trustees, is Co-Chair of NCPDP’s Strategic Planning Committee and the use case coordinator for the Prior Authorization in Oncology Use Case in the HL7 Accelerator CodeX.
