Mindy Bauer is an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacy at IPD Analytics, providing formulary, clinical, contracting, and market-access decision-making support with curated insights and analysis. Mindy received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2008. She is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist.
Prior to joining IPD Analytics, Mindy was a pharmacist with SSM Health where she held several roles in the ambulatory care setting. Most recently, Mindy was a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist, performing direct patient care by conducting medication and chronic disease management services. Prior to that, Mindy was a Pharmacy Practice Specialist for SSM Health. Her responsibilities included leading and participating in medication-related initiatives throughout the SSM Wisconsin integrated delivery network to improve quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of medication usage. She participated in SSM’s Regional Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and was involved in medication policy maintenance and development. Mindy has also practiced as a retail pharmacist.
