Toan Lam-Sullivan is Bilingual Regional Librarian at Multnomah County Library, Oregon, where he has worked for 20 years. With the NNLM All of Us Health Literacy Outreach award, he and his colleagues facilitated the Healthy Pathways Program in partnership with local community organizations to provide health resources and educational workshops for Multnomah County’s Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin communities. During the pandemic, services continued virtually and featured Tai Chi Club, Tech Help Office Hours and more.
