Check-in/Check-out

The hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.

Hotel cancellation

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a refund. Canceling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your meeting registration. And vice versa.
