John Corrigan is Vice President of Sales at FinPay LLC. Since joining the company in January 2021 he has continued to drive sales of FinPay’s Patient Financial Management Platform with leading SUD Treatment providers nationally. The platform allows for behavioral healthcare organizations to offer affordable, quality treatment and strengthen the relationship between patients and providers. The enhanced experience means better potential outcomes because patients can focus on the therapeutic alliances between themselves and their clinicians, knowing that finances have been addressed and previously managed. FinPay makes treatment more attainable by providing options to meet the budgetary constraints of each patient.
Prior to joining FinPay, John was the Director of Business Development with Delphi Behavioral Health Group. Beginning in January of 2018, John successfully hired, trained, and managed a National Business Development Team. John spear headed the business development effort to drive organic admissions from referral sources such as hospitals, EAP’s, unions and private therapy groups.
Previously, John was a Treatment Specialist with Recovery Centers of America, where he connected those suffering with alcohol and drug addiction to treatment. He has also acted as National Training Manager, working with newly hired Treatment Specialists in various regions to improve marketing presence, account development, and sales tactics. John also co-developed a corporate training program specifically geared towards RCA call center representatives. This training program improved the admission process and overall quality of customer service. John was featured on several different community social media documentaries as a recognized and respected leader.
John began his career in addiction treatment services in 2011 at Ashley Addiction Treatment in Havre de Grace, MD. He served as a department supervisor, directing an in-patient rehabilitation program for 85 clients. During his employment, he authored and implemented a lecture series focusing on the power of the 12-Step program.
John transitioned from clinical operations to community outreach, assuming the role as a Treatment Consultant for American Addiction Centers in November of 2014. It is here, where John began his path as a vital community resource for those suffering from Substance Use Disorder. He built his business, working with local hospitals, IOP’s and other treatment providers in Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia.
John received his BA from Wittenberg University in 1988 and went on to achieve success in business during the next 25 years. His experience involved leading companies and sales organizations, both as an employee and as a business owner. His experience at Time Warner, MCI Telecommunications and KPMG Consulting built the foundation of standardized sales methodology and the psychology behind a sale.
John has spent the last 12 years dedicating his career to the same cause that saved his own life. John works tirelessly to enhance the value of his patients’ experiences – ensuring that every call made to him or his team, is the last call one must make.
