The AAE is happy to offer a hands-on Surgery Workshop once again, this time focused on piezo surgery techniques for endodontic microsurgery. The workshop is limited to 80 attendees and will take place February 10-12, 2022, at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

Get ready for one of our most advanced, future-focused meetings yet! Surgery Workshop: Piezo Endodontic Microsurgery is, ironically, anything but barebones – we’ll be at the forefront of where the specialty is headed and focus on piezo surgery techniques for hard tissue management. Learn to understand the basics of piezo surgery techniques and come away able to perform bony lid technique, as well as root resection, using piezo ultrasonic units.

The meeting will also delve into what you need to know before investing in new equipment and how to make surgeries efficient and predictable. The renowned Drs. Mohamed Fayad and Stephen Niemczyk will lead our program, which consists of lectures on Day 1 and gives way to the workshop on Day 2. If you are an experienced practicing endodontist who is considerably proficient in apical surgeries, this meeting is for you! Watch the next chapter of endodontic surgery unfold in real time, February 10-12, 2022.

The AAE would like to thank Drs. Mary Um and Antonio Berto for their contributions as co-chairs for this workshop, developing program content and selecting speakers.
