Lydia Nguyen, PhD, is the Lead Researcher at iN2L. Dr. Nguyen completed her PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020, where she gained background training and extensive research experience in aging cognitive neuroscience and neurodegenerative diseases. Her research passions are centered around promoting and supporting older adults’ cognitive and social health and well-being, particularly through non-pharmacological interventions, such as technology-based engagement or cognitive training. In her role at iN2L, Dr. Nguyen is working to build a research base that demonstrates the benefits of iN2L technology for older adults through studies within iN2L and in collaboration with industry partners and academic thought leaders.
