As Senior Vice President of Consulting Services, Jon has many responsibilities within Crandall. He provides primary oversight of assisted living operations, which includes developing corporate partnerships. Jon graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After obtaining his registered dietitian credentials, Jon served as an in-house dietitian for Sodexo in a large continuing care retirement community in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Jon joined Crandall in 2008 and has served as a consulting dietitian, Vice President of Regional Services, and Senior Vice President.
