My name is Tuan Xu and I am a postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
My current research interests include applications of machine learning models in drug discovery (e.g., the efficient identification of anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug leads) and health risk assessment (e.g., predictive models for human toxicity end points) based on high-throughput screening assays and chemical structure.
