Works for Genedata since 2009. In his role as Head of Science he is responsible for the research and development of scientific workflows and methods as part of existing and new data Genedata Enterprise software products. He manages and oversees a large range of screening technologies and analytical projects using techniques from pharmacology, biophysics to AI and machine-learning for conceptualizing, prototyping and final generation of production-ready solutions and managing these projects. He has a strong focus on data analysis automation and worked on diverse automation projects in the past two years (tailored Protac data analysis, Transcriptome Screening, Mechanistic Screening (e.g. modality of inhibition), Automated Patch Clamp Activation/Inactivation Curves, and the award wining Deep Learning based high-content-screening software Genedata Imagence.
