Pim de Haan received his BSc and MSc in Pharmacy from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. In 2021, he received his PhD in analytical chemistry (Pharmaceutical Analysis) from the same university, with his thesis on organs-on-chips for drug analysis. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher in the Verpoorte Lab at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
