Dr. Melvin Lye serves as Director of Scientific Affairs at Curiox Biosystems Inc. and is based in Boston MA. He received his BS (Hons) in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore and his MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Upon graduation, he worked at the Monoclonal Antibody Unit at Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A*STAR. He focused on the application and production of 19 monoclonal antibodies through hybridoma technology and was part of the first team to develop the antibody phage display service with full automation. He joined Curiox in 2010 as a scientist to develop the DropArray™ technology for 384-well bioassay miniaturization and took leadership roles in several departments, including field application and sales during the commercialization of DropArray and Laminar Wash™ technologies. In his current role, he facilitates new product intelligence engagement plans and leads collaborations with Curiox’s strategic partners.
