Siying Zhu is currently a Senior Associate Scientist in Discovery Technologies at Amgen, with a focus on bioassay development and compound profiling. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Scientist at HD Biosciences, a WuXi AppTec company, where she developed her skills in high-throughput screening, cellular assay development and CRISPR/Cas 9 cell line generation. Siying earned her Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology from The Pennsylvania State University and spent 2 years as a postdoc fellow at The Scripps Research Institute/Calibr where she made significant contributions to multiple diabetes-focused small molecule drug discovery programs.
