Dr. Venta is a graduate of Northwestern University in Chicago and of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She started her academic career as Medical Director of Breast Imaging at the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She has written more than 200 articles and is a respected national and international speaker. Since is the Medical Director of the Methodist Hospital System of Breast Care Centers which consists of eight centers in the greater Houston area and Clinical Professor of Radiology Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
