Carol Robert, MA, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (CDTLF) and Six Sigma Green Belt with over 25 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Strategy, Project, Program, and Operations Management and Analysis. She has served as a trusted leader, advisor and coach to senior leaders and teams within government and corporate entities for over 25 years. Having held executive leadership positions in operations, strategy and business winning, she understands the challenges inherent in balancing strategy with execution, high performance with efficiency and increased workload with personal needs. Carol focuses on tools that build self-awareness and enable you to continue your growth beyond the coaching or training engagement. She is practical and realistic and makes “touchy-feely” concepts safe and accessible to the practical, analytical mind, helping clients translate concepts into meaningful action plans. She is certified to administer a wide array of leadership assessments and to deliver the Dare to Lead™ curriculum (based on the work of Brené Brown).
As a former executive with BAE Systems, Carol held positions including Senior Director of Strategy and Plans, leading strategy development for the 1500-person Global Analysis & Operations organization; and as Operations Director, leading nearly 300 personnel and over $50M in annual revenue.
