Alex May serves as Biotechnology Innovation Organization's (BIO) Director, Science & Regulatory overseeing the Manufacturing/Quality/Distribution and Pediatrics portfolios. Mr. May has diverse experience across patient care, research, and regulatory settings, including about 5 years as a management consultant to FDA leadership in both the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) and the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). He earned a B.S. in Neuroscience at the College of William & Mary and a M.S. in Physiology & Biophysics at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
