Francisco worked for over five years as a superintendent overseeing offshore wind farm engineering and installation. He graduated in civil engineering and is a Chartered engineer from the Institution of Engineers in his native Portugal. He has been directly involved in a string of firsts in offshore wind, including Europe and the World’s first floating wind projects. This technology is the fasted route to carbon targets of 2030 and 2050, and Francisco is playing a large part in getting the key infrastructure in the water.
