Danny Gladden is General Manager and Director of Behavioral Health and Social Care for Cerner Corporation, a global health platform and technology company. Danny is also a licensed mental health and addiction treatment clinician and a senior leader for an Alaska mental health and SUD treatment provider, serving most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Danny previously served in clinical and administrative leadership for Behavioral Health Response and is Adjunct Clinical Professor of Social Work at St. Louis University School of Social Work and has served as a human services and social work educator since 2010. Danny is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed to practice in Missouri and Alaska.
Danny presents regularly on suicide assessment and prevention, crisis intervention, LGBTQ behavioral health and the intersection of trauma and oppression. Danny is a member of Treatment Communities of America and is co-chair of the Early Career Committee for the American Association of Suicidology. Danny received his BS from the University of Missouri -Columbia, MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and his Masters in Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University.
