NatCon22 Housing Policy: Attendees must be registered for NatCon22 prior to booking housing accommodations. You will receive instructions and access to book your hotel once your registration is complete. 

The National Council has negotiated special discounted rates at the following hotels all conveniently located near the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. NatCon22 rates are below standard guest rates quoted at the hotels as long as you are using the NatCon22 housing link found in your registration email.

  • Residence Inn National Harbor (Rate: $291) 

  • The Westin Washington National Harbor (Rate: $287) 

  • MGM National Harbor (Rate: $312 with daily resort fee)* 

  • AC Hotel National Harbor (Rate: $289) 

  • Hyatt Place National Harbor (Rate: $279) 

  • Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor (Rate: $281) 

 

*Shuttle bus service will be provided from starred hotels to the Headquarters Hotel 


Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims

There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NatCon22 and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please note that the only official registration booking site is through NatCon22 registration. If you are contacted by anyone posing as NatCon22 housing, please let us know by emailing Conference@TheNationalCouncil.org

Rooming Policy 

Attendees may book up to 5 rooms per person. If you will be booking more than 5 rooms, please contact TDavison@KeyBookings.org for assistance.  


 

Travel

National Harbor is situated on the banks of the historic Potomac River, just minutes from the nation’s capital. Featuring 350 acres of waterfront resort space, National Harbor is a destination unlike any other. It is home to 160 shops, 40 restaurants, multiple hotels, attractions and the iconic Capital Wheel. They have plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy - from trails and piers to explore to lawns for outdoor picnics.  

Driving 

National Harbor’s convenient location makes it easy to get to from anywhere in the Washington, D.C., metro area. The destination is directly accessible via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, the Capital Beltway (I-495), I-95 and I-295.  

Air Travel 

National Harbor is close to all three of the area’s major airports, including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Take advantage of the city’s taxis or rideshare options to get there with ease. 

Parking 

National Harbor has three covered parking garages close to attractions, hotels, shops and restaurants. Guarantee your spot by pre-purchasing parking for your visit in the Fleet Garage, Mariner Garage or St. George Garage. Metered on-street parking is available in select areas. Gaylord National offers additional spots for activities at the Hotel and Convention Center.
