Each Exhibit/Vehicle Space Includes

• Service contractor’s COVID-19 protocol or booth boundaries to maximize safety and minimize risk
  • 6' draped table

• Up to four (4) full Convention registrations for booth staff for the first booth, two (2) addtional full Convention registrations are allowed for each addtional booth. Each full Convention registraition is valued at $515 early bird (Aug. 1- Sept. 11)/$565 regular (After Sept. 11) each. All regististrants must be employees of the exhibiting company.
• A 50-word Company listing on our Website and Convention Event App
• Company listing in up to three (3) product categories
• Admission to all engagement activities on the Expo floor
• Attendee mailing lists provided approximately 30 days before and after Convention (includes name, title, organization and mailing address – no email addresses are included)
• A one-year subscription to On Board, our award-winning newspaper published and mailed 17 times per year to over 10,000 subscribers
• A one-year subscription to E-Clips, our daily education news clipping service providing links to state and national news outlets, sent to 8,000+ subscribers
