Weatherization Program Manager Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason & Thurston Counties Lacey, Washington
The relationship between Quality Control Inspectors and Auditors is always a bit tense, but does it have to be? This session will be a conversation between current auditors and inspectors about some of the ways Inspectors and Auditors can work side by side to result in great jobs completed without destroying relationships.
By attending this session, attendees will:
Describe solutions to the sometimes complicated relationship between QCI and PC Describe the problems that arise during the course of a Weatherization job stemming from the complicated relationship between QCI and PC (What problems and why should we care?)
Identify places communication breaks down, misunderstandings, personality differences, and other issues contribute to tension, increased cost, and angry homeowners/contractors/Wx Staff etc. (why do the problems occur?)
Identify ways to avoid the identified pitfalls in order to ensure a high quality weatherization product (what can we do to avoid the problems?)
