Getting Back to Good Governance

Recent crises have understandably caused some schools and boards to become lax on governance best practices. This session will help schools embrace and incorporate lessons learned from these unprecedented times and get back to good governance. Business officers from two different schools and legal counsel will share the most common governance pitfalls, how to avoid them and how to correct the common missteps.
