Bill Keslar is President of Building Solutions, a technical advisor on facilities matters for independent schools. Founded in 1990 and based in Dallas, TX, Building Solutions has served independent schools across the nation as a mainstay of its business for the past 29 years.
Bill has worked in the facilities design, construction, and operations fields since 1975. As a facilities professional, he has managed development and construction of facilities ranging in size up to $100 million for corporate, institutional, and private clients in the midwest and southwest. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, with a specialty in “Existing Building Operations and Maintenance”.
Building Solutions staff performs facility assessment and capital forecasting, construction project management, and operations improvement assignments. Occasionally, they take on short term assignments to operate campuses and assist in selecting new facilities leadership for schools. Some of their client relationships involve ongoing coaching and support of facilities leadership in their High-Performance Campus program.
