We in schools have for the most part simply endured COVID-19, rather than considering how it will impact the future. This session will explore two major changes in the independent school industry. First, stress has greatly affected our faculty and could significantly change our workforce. Second, we may see a meaningful reduction in the number of viable independent schools in coming years. Learn how we can better prepare for disruptions that will change our business models.
