Yet schools struggle to turn strategic plans, visionary initiatives and accreditation recommendations into action. Effectively using dashboards can be a catalyst to move initiatives forward and root change in an organization. This session will address how to get started using dashboards and how the creation, utilization and refinement cycle facilitates high-quality leadership and governance.
