Do your business and development/advancement offices speak the same language when it comes to gifts? Too commonly they do not. This session will discuss why this issue exists, present ideas for bridging the gap and explore gift instruments that tend to cause some of the challenges.

Participants will explore some of the gift instruments that cause confusion between the development and advancement offices, and learn ways to manage the issues, so that both departments are in concert when accounting for gifts.
