Building an All-School Facility Through Nimble Planning and Financing
Digital Pass
In 2016, Stone Ridge started planning for an arts center to address a primary need, while considering a secondary need for a dining hall. Over three years, the project team worked closely together on a feasibility study to determine the scope of the building; an updated campus master plan to optimize the location; and a financial analysis to finalize the budget and funding. The result was a successful design for a student life center, which garnered wide support and opened in summer 2021. Learn how the project team worked together to achieve success.
