La’ Kesha Spruill-Roberts is a New York native who has dedicated 25-plus years to the field of education. Her experience has spanned 2 counties and 3 LEAs. Mrs. Spruill-Roberts has served as an elementary teacher, a secondary teacher, a curriculum specialist, an assistant principal, a principal, and a director.
La’ Kesha currently serves as the Director of Intervention & Advanced Learning Services in the largest school district in North Carolina, Wake County Public Schools. Most of Ms. Spruill-Roberts’ career has been dedicated to serving students with needs beyond core instruction. La’ Kesha is a proud alumni of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a master’s degree in School Administration. She earned her Undergraduate degree from the University at New Paltz located in New Paltz, New York where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education & Black Studies.
