Monica Plantan is an instructor in the Gifted and Talented Licensure series at Ball State University, facilitates curriculum writing for high ability learners, and is Past President of the Indiana Association for Gifted Children. Formerly she was a classroom teacher for 32 years in three states with experience at all grade levels, teaching high ability middle school students for 20 years. She has presented at local, state, and national education conferences, believing that, through collaboration, teachers can best facilitate and transform student learning.
