Short description: Multipotentiality is a phenomenon in which a gifted student possesses both the ability and interest to excel in two or more divergent career fields at a very high level. Consequently, deciding on a career path can be a source of significant distress for impacted students. This session illustrates how school counselors and teachers can support gifted students with vocational planning.
