Short description: Many gifted students are in pain, and this pain is hurting their ability to achieve in school. How does trauma-informed instruction, as vital as it is, relate to the specialized education of gifted students? In other words, how do gifted students experience trauma differently, and what should be done about it? This session provides teachers with some practical assistance.
