Short description: Instructional coaching is a way to build capacity in other teachers for ongoing and manageable differentiation. Through modeling, observing, and providing reflective feedback, gifted education coaches can serve as “co-thinking” collaborative partners in supporting regular education teachers. Learn tools and “how-to” steps for instructional coaching that equip teachers to challenge and support gifted students all day every day.
