Short description: Inequities in GT education are pervasive. This session takes a holistic view, suggesting that we empower educators as change agents. Presenters provide a playbook of strategies that facilitates the emergence of grassroots leaders and pushes towards equity for marginalized gifted learners. Presenters also share a four-zone equity-driven professional learning plan adaptable to participants’ districts.
