Nicole is a higher education and DEI professional who has been working in International Education since 2018. Nicole has worked with pathway programs during this time and is an adjunct professor for international students teaching life skills, diversity and inclusion, and college success strategy courses. Nicole was born and raised in Miami, Fl to Cuban parents and identifies as "first-generation everything." She now lives in Orlando, Fl where she spends her free time in long lines at theme parks and hanging out with alligators.
