With graduate degrees in TESOL/Applied Linguistics and English Literature, Angela Garner is a lecturer in the Center for English as a Second Language and the Coordinator of International Graduate Student Initiatives at the University of Kentucky. She has more than 20 years experience in international education. Her professional interests include teaching academic writing and international teaching assistant courses as well as engaging in needs assessment and associated program development.
